"Gynaecology Day Surgery"

I have recently had a laparoscopy on the day surgery unit and cannot thank the staff enough across CHFT. From my initial consultation to treatment and recovery I was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. All staff I came into contact with introduced themselves, their roles and how they could help. All were polite and courteous making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was very nervous and both my consultant and anethatist were great at explaining exactly what was going to happen and what to expect, helping to put me at ease. The service I have received has been second to none and I would recommend the team across CHFT to anyone needing similar treatment. Thank you!
