What I liked

The Samaritan Outpatients department is excellent. The service is personnal and friendly and I felt very relaxed here, everyone is so kind and I felt like everyone genuinely wanted to help us. It's efficient too and I never had to wait for more than 10 minutes. I'm very grateful for the experience I had there.

Having tranferred to the Maternity department, I've found that the excellent service has continued. I've only had 2 appoinments there, but I've been seen exactly on time both times. The midwives made me feel relaxed again and answered all my questions and made me feel looked after. It also seems very clean and gave me lots of confidence.

Thanks to everyone, I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience of NHS antenatal care.
