I was admitted to Addenbrookes last Monday, 30th Jan, with an emergency gynaecological condition. I can't underestimate the professionalism, kindness and competence of the staff at all levels. Given thay my arrival was totally unexpected, I was fast-tracked for ultrasound and CT scans, also for a follow-up procedure and treatment. I can't believe I would have received better or more effective treatment anywhere. Huge kudos to both Addenbrookes and the NHS. 5 days later I was back home recovering, with every opportunity to go back if needed.
