Basically i would like to make a genral comment that when i went with my wife recently the reception lady on duty was very unfriendly. But of more concern was that the cleaner was seen using the same cloth for wiping on the radiator, door handles, doors. and especially the kids play area section all this was after she accidently dropped this cloth on the floor. I would have thought with nowadays health and cleanness standards that this sort of thing would not go on as it spreads germs and bacterial. She didnt appaear to look concerned either when the cloth fell on the floor.

I felt it important to send this comment as people who saw this cleaner doing this will stop their children going in the kids play area for fear of them catching somthing.

More friendly staff and more better cleaners.
