Saw a nurse within 1 hour then referred to a GP in the Dept after another half hour.The dr was an excellent listener,thorough ,and helpful.The doctorphoned for expert advice and then gave me a prescription.The whole process took under 2 hours.I was put on the list for an urgent ENT outpatient appointment.The dr explained the process well and asked if I had any questions.The doctor gave me a well recorded report for my GP.Very satisfied.
