"Recent visits for diagnosis and treatment"

Visited following fall which resulted in severe back the doctor was charming and reassuring allthough not accessed my MIR scan which meant another self-funded appt. No diagnosis. GP advised pain consultant, meds then injections. Awaiting outcome. Found reception staff very detached in desling with people Letter of referral had not be forwarded to consultant and telephone calls, 5 in total asking for appts not returned. The waiting area pre-procedure was appalling. Tiny hot no water more a cupboard! Have been to 3 private hospitals would not recommend facilities for day care.
