"Private appointment"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

(as a relative),

Had private appointment on my dad's behalf. I found the receptionist in outpatient department for international and private patients was very rude. Had made very rude comments on the payment method I chose and kept complaining about extra work load professor and I made them to do.

Very sorry, I don't expect anything outrangeous but patients come to places like this with some health problems and pay quite reasonable money. Do they really want to face any rude comments or arrogant behaviour from any member of staff? I don't think so. Really hope something be done about it! Thank you
