"Felt shoved out the door too quickly"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy under sedation I have to say the staff that took care of me prior and during the procedure itself I was treated with dignity and respected at all times I wouldn't have got through it without the lovely people there on hand to help me

However once in recovery I was given a drink some biscuits and told if I felt ok to get dressed and they would call my husband within 15 mins I didn't feel rested due to the sedation I was told to sit in a chair the beds are full to capacity feel like I was shoved out the door without proper explanation on follow up appointment and why certain things were suggested to me in regards to the way forward the procedure itself isn't nice and being told everything is normal and now home I have lots of unanswered questions I need answering feel back to square one
