I am really unhappy with the way my ENT consultant and Audiologist treated me. I have recurrent cholesteatoma and hyperacusis. Since April I've been suffering with neurological problems and hyperacusis. My ENT consultant sent me to an audiologist to help with my hyperacusis told me it was all in my head. The audiologist refused to send me to someone else. I have already got mental health problems this has not helped at all. My ent listened to what my audiologist said and failed to help me with everything's that's getting worse. My ent consultant does not listen to me and tells me everything's ok when I'm clearly not ok everything gets worse. I'm disgusted with the way I've been treated. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
