What I liked

I self funded a shoulder replacement, after the NHS had misdiagnosed for 2 years and I was in terrible pain. I went to see the doctor who invented the shoulder replacement I was having, the difference to the NHS! The doctor was thoroughly professional and his anethetist brilliant. The Hospital was wonderfully clean and a huge contrast to my last stay in Mayday NHS Hospital Croydon, which was so dirty I didn't want to even go to the loo! Brilliant treatment and I hope that I will have the other shoulder operated on by the same doctor, in due course.

What could be improved

Nothing. I could not find anything to complain about even the food was delicious. Well worth every penny I spent.
