I really enjoyed the course I learnt all different foods played the sugar game what you find in different foods the amounts of sugar in individual foods got on really well with others perfect class Angelina was excellent did all different things each week which was good fantastic all round.

This course has proved very popular and will be something that we will deliver again in another area the Children Centre covers.
