After previously having physio on the NHS for problems with my neck and head pain, I knew what to expect and had been very pleased with results.
I was very disappointed after 4 visits to only have had hands on for less than five minutes. My travelling time was 1. 5 hours each visit. Also twice for my appointment time a patient was just seeing the physio when I should have been going in.
Now I do understand that time restraints and money come into this. This was all completely a waste of time and money on both sides. My problem was exacerbated by the driving time. In the end I have been privately to see a physio same time being seen by the physio and after first visit and hands on I had some relief at last.
Then last week went to pain management and I am afraid the same applies. I have several pages printed by physio showing me how to use a tens machine! !
