People usually say when they have a baby they don't get support, which sadly in some cases are true but I've been lucky enough to have sure start to support me through my first journey on becoming a 1st time Mum.
The classes and visits from Sure start have really helped me. Before I had my little girl I was very down in the dumps due to being diagnosed with my illnesses and having horrible side effects from medication which resulted in me losing my confidence and not being able to face the world but since having my little girl I have been determined to make a difference for the sake of my daughter which I never thought I'd be able to do.
Having Sure start beside me every step of the way has helped me make that difference! Enough confidence that I've gone back to work :) so I'd like to thank the team at Abbey Children's Centre , mainly Lauren for their continious support. Love you guys X
