About: Good Hope Hospital / Haematology

I have been visiting the department now for over three years due to a blood disorder the consultants I'v seen have been great. My main problem with the hospital is I'v nearly missed 3 appointments due to no parking space! And had to ditch the car on a grass bank in the end. I would also like to say the staff in heomotology and oncology are all friendly and helpful but look very stretched and this is another example of why the NHS needs more funding! Moan over well done gods hope

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your patient experience in the Haematology Department at Good Hope Hospital.

it is most appreciated that you have taken the time to post your feedback and I will ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Haematology Management Team and Clinical Director so that your feedback can be shared with all of the team.

I am sorry to learn that you have experienced difficulties with parking and getting to your appointments on time because of this, I will highlight your comments to the Parking and Security Manager so that they are aware, but would suggest that you approach the parking office directly if you are having difficulties in the future and the staff will do what they can to identify a parking space for you, or recommend an alternative location in the hospital grounds for you.

I hope this is acceptable. Once again thank you for your feedback, patient experience is very important to us.
