"It takes my mind off my problems at home"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult Mental Health Services - Community (County)

(as a carer),

I am very isolated and lonely so I look forward to going out with Cleo.

When we go out it takes my mind off my problems at home.

It's great to hear that you find the sessions with Cleo so valuable. We are really pleased that Carer Peer support is available in your area and that it is helping you in your role as a carer.

It is always great to hear the work of the Carer PSW's. I see in my work in involvement how importent this is. Feeling isolated and lonely is never easy and it good to see you lookforward to Cleo and her visits. Supporting Carers is vital
