"Very satisfied"

I don't usually comment on forums like this but I felt I should after reading some comments and I stumbled across this website whilst looking for a dentist and also because a new neighbour of mine told me she didn't want to join the practice because it had so much negative feedback on this site so I was curious to see what was written. unfortunately it appears that people with grievances who are unable to confirm appointments at convenient times ,feel they have to leave such a negative review. I believe that as this is a large practice then 5-10 negative reviews don't mean much in the grand scheme of things and it appears that this website does note police this feedback and people in general can say what they like and the professionals on the other side are unable to give feedback on their individual cases and grievances due to confidentiality..l therefore leave this review and say I have been a patient there for over 20 yrs and the majority of staff are helpful and caring, there are some who are consistently unhelpful and this is mainly reception staff who do find it acceptable to chat about their personal lives at the front desk. There is a few doctors there who are fabulous and there is also a nurse there who is a saint... it is a shame that a few workers and a few patients are giving this place such negative feedback.
