"She was treated with great dignity, care and compassion"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Cardiology / Coronary Care Unit

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted to the ward following a heart attack and stent fitted. We have only the highest praise for the doctors, nurses and assistants from the moment she entered the hospital until she left. She was treated with great dignity, care and compassion. Thank you all so very much.

Many thanks for taking the time to highlight your appreciation of the care provided to your Mum at what must have been a worrying time for her and family members alike.

We always aim to provide the very best of care to all our patients and it is always heartening to hear stories like this. It is important for us to ensure that patients are treated with dignity, care and compassion at all times.

I hope that your Mum is now making good progress at home.

With kind regards

Fiona Robertson
