My mother is here at the moment, and although care is primarily good, a few members of staff could soften their attitudes. I really don't want to mention names but some members of staff have a very condescending attitude to both residents and staff, but other staff imply that she has personal problems. That's why she is that way, she reacts when stressed. Sorry, not good enough.
