Like the other story I had a follow up appointment after colonoscopy and gastroscopy and was seeing a consultant for histology results. Appointment was for 3.30- A waiting room full of people with appointments 10 minutes apart and none were seen until 4.30 I got seen last as they said I had to see a consultant and not a registrar. I got seen at 4.50 -the whole department was empty - a horrible experience. Had left my work 2 hours ealier than needed to make this appointment.
I feel its an absolute disgrace., it would never be tolerated in any other buisiness.
