(as a parent/guardian),

We would like to express our thanks to everyone at RBH for the wonderful care that was given to our daughter when she was brought in during January.

She was brought in by ambulance from work with severe abdominal pains on what we know was one of your busiest days but she couldn't fault the treatment that she received from all of the staff who in spite of the volume of patients were kindness itself to her. She was later transferred to ward B14 where she stayed for 2 days and then transferred to ward C14 where she stayed for a few more days.

We are so grateful for the excellent care and professional way in which she was treated.

We would like to thank everyone on A & E and on wards B14 and C14 for all that they did to put our daughter on the road to recovery.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback about the care and treatment provided by the staff, particularly when it was so busy.
