I went in to Huyton walk in centre earlier today as I had neck pain that was bothering me. The staff were lovely, courteous and discreet. I have been to places where they don’t think anything about shouting out all your details for everyone to hear, at the walk in centre they respected confidentiality.
There were quite a few people waiting to be seen, it was busy so a wait was inevitable, I had no problem with that.
However, when I saw the nurse I was very pleasantly surprised that she took her time examining me, did not let the number of patients waiting to be seen rush her. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and gave advice on how to ease the pain and look after my neck.
Compliments to all the staff for the service they gave.
