"Staff did an exemplary job"

I attended an appointment at New Cross Hospital for the National Bowel Screening project for 55 and over today. I have worked in the NHS for many years. In my opinion, when we are good we are really good but when we are poor we are really poor. But in the majority of cases we do a great job in difficult circumstances. Staff did an exemplary job today. From my attendance, today every staff member introduced themselves gave me time explanations, good eye contact and were friendly, professional and demonstrated compassion and care. Pleased to be part of the NHS. How could my experience be improved? By identifying where I need to come- had a map but letter may have helped.
