"Respiratory Outpatients"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Respiratory medicine

This was my first time at this hospital. I was nervous as I was going to have a Bronchoscopy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. I arrived at 8.00am but did not have the Bronchoscopy until about 1.00pm. The delay was not their fault as they were waiting for x-rays from a different hospital. They kept me well informed through out the delay. They explained everything to me which kept me at ease. I could not have asked for any better care.
