About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My 5 year old daughter had a persistent temperature for 4 days, headache, rash, joint & and abdo pain. After phoning 111 I was advised to go to a&e.

After all the bad press about a&e at Worcester I wanted to say I couldn't fault it. At every step the staff were caring, the service was efficient & my daughter received excellent care.
