(as the patient),

I have been suffering from anxiety and depression since last year, when I had really bad problems at work. I didn't tell anyone about it, and just tried to keep going on my own.

I went to my GP a few months ago because it was all getting too much. He suggested I get some help, so I was referred to the Archway Centre. I was really surprised because it's where I go shopping quite often, but I didn't even know it was there.

I was really anxious about going, but they were so nice when I went for my first appointment. I saw a great therapist for CBT, and I feel so much better. I just wanted to say thanks again.
