(as a parent/guardian),

Attended more than words program with my husband from July to September after referral from slt. Was run by Anne who make the meeting enjoyable and informative. Actually can't praise her enough as she has a wealth of knowledge and experience and explains things in the course in a way so each parent can help their child individually Can't get that from a book. Found the course extremely helpful and the difference in my little girl is amazing. Much more social interaction and vocal now we know how to help her. Meeting other parents with similar worries and challenges was great and the whole experience has gave me more confidence I can help my child. Our daughter got a diagnosis for asd near the end of the course and Anne and all the parents were wonderfully supportive and really kind. Would recommend this course to any parent

Dear Mrs 013

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback-it is good to know that the courses we offer are helpful.

The Hanen More Than Words course has had really good feedback and as a result of that we have trained more staff in using this.

I will pass your kind comments on to Anne as I will see her tomorrow.

I hope that your comments will help other parents and that you and your daughter go from strength to strength.
