"Feelings of relief and support for my condition"

The consultant at the Royal Sussex County Hospital Gastroenterology department was friendly, professional, helpful. Like some healthcare professionals I have encountered, they really seemed to listen to me and hear my concerns. This, to me, made a huge impression on my feelings of relief and support for my condition.

Although I am very independent and self-motivated and therefore very unlikely to seek further support, I appreciated the offer nonetheless - more than the consultant may ever know. So thank you, I am very grateful. The reception was very helpful too.
