I went to the x-ray department at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. It was first class treatment. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
They made me feel relaxed and told me about about the x-ray process and gave me full information on the next stage of my care. I will now visit the consultant in a couple of weeks time.
I do hope that these front line staff do not lose their jobs.
