I attended the Bev Stokes Unit at Northern General Hospital in June for a capsular release operation on my shoulder. I had only been waiting a few weeks for the operation.
My care throughtout the day was fantastic. I was treated with the utmost and all the staff were very professional. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and all the follow up physio appointments were arranged as I was discharged.
I received a phonecall the next morning to see how I was. I really couldn't fault the care I received that day and continue to receive through physio at the Hallamshire Hospital.
