I saw the Bexley Community Cardiologish in October 2016 after having an Echocardiogram for palpitations .They told me that i had Cardiomyopathy which is a tightening and hardening of one of the Heart muscles in the left chamber and told me to take Diuretics. as i would soon have swollen ankles from this complaint. They joked that they would not be entering me for the Marathon and told me just to carry on as normal and before i left said to me " We all have to die of something". How very inappropriate and insensitive
Lucky for me i went and got a second opinion at a London Hospital , I haven't got Cardiomyopathy or any other Heart Disease and my Heart CT Scan was all clear.
Always get a second opinion if you see the Bexley Cardiologist at any of the clinics.
"Echocardiogram result."
