Had a first time appointment with specialist yesterday. Three patients waiting ahead of me at my appointed time to be seen.. The hospital charges for no show if patients do not arrive! The BMI mantra of Quality Care Delivered by Experience is not working! I walked away to find a hospital that keeps a professional appointment system for private patients!
