I've had three appointments with three different doctors the since the start of the year. The first doctor answered several personal phone calls during my appointment. Displeased by this I made another appointment with a different doctor. This doctor relied entirely on the notes taken by the previous doctor. Third appointment I was kept waiting for fifty minutes. Couldn't stick around as I work seven days a week. Whilst I was kept waiting I received no information from the reception staff who seemed more concerned with deciding what to have for lunch (Tesco or Liverpool One) and singing whatever came on the radio. The entire atmosphere at the surgery feels more like that of a supermarket or travel agents.
