"Can anyone help me get through to DART?"

About: Devon Access and Referral Team (DART)

(as the patient),

I have been referred by my doctor to see an eye consultant and asked to Devon Access and Referral Team (DART) to arrange a suitable appointment.

The number I was given was a number that did not get through to anyone and I have been left with no way of getting an appointment.

I called my GP and he gave me another number and that was a clinic for alcoholics, so no good.

I feel so frustrated - all I want to do is make an appointment. Can anyone help me with the problem of getting through to DART?

I am sorry you've had such difficulty getting through to us. The team who book eye appointments are on 0845 863 8325 or 01626 883 897 - both numbers lead to the same team so just use whichever one is easier for you.

If you have any more problems, our helpdesk are open from 9 until 5 Monday to Friday on 01626 883888 so please feel free to call them and they will be able to help.
