(as a relative),

My dad operation to remove his mouth cancer has been cancelled for the second time today it was due in 3 days time as has been put back to 12.  for some that's not too long, for my dad it's a lifetime.  he is unable to eat and has currently since being diagnosed 6 weeks ago lost 2. 5 stone!

He is in a bad way mentally and in so much pain he's starting to feel like he can't go on! Can anyone offer advice on how I can try speed this up? He's rapidly deteriorating over a cancer that could be removed soon and he could have some life left....help!
