(as the patient),

Attended my pre birth appointment at my local clinic - the Health Visitor was fantastic, I found this much more personal and informative than the group sessions run by the midwives.

Alison was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns, I'm so glad this appointment was available and offered as it really has prepared me: )

I was given advice about Labour, Pain Relief, Breastfeeding & Expressing as well as advice for one the baby is here.
