About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Primary psychological and wellbeing services

(as the patient),

I was referred to Emma at Let's Talk Hull for depression but a few weeks in an incident occurred which was then the focus of my CBT.

I felt like the CBT has helped me in an enormous way and would definitely recommend the service to family and friends as it has made a huge difference for me. The staff are extremely supportive and have been able to help me with lots of issues including university and how to access support services.
