My mother moved into Wilton Manor in Southampton after a 10 week stay at our local hospital. After seeing the home I was happy to see that mum settled in quickly.
The care and love she received from the staff was 1st class. As mum became less mobile and able to communicate, the staff have adapted the way they deal with mum, still in a kind and gentle way.
From the management, care staff and nurses to the house keeping and office staff, nothing is too much trouble.
