(as the patient),

I am an HIV+ man who uses the GUM clinic at Conifer House in Hull. I never get the chance to say how grateful I am for all the work they have done for me over many years, the care they have taken and the patience they have shown.

Today was only one example of them sorting out my mess: I'd forgotten to order my meds, I rang them in the morning, it was sorted that evening. On more occasions than I can remember, I've needed an appointment and they've arranged it, often at incredibly short notice.

They never judge, they always listen and they do whatever they can to help.
