I was under two haematologist at wigan I asked to be referred to manchester royal under someone with more experience i'd had CT scan and bone marrow taken at wigan but was dismissed for 3 months even though my reticulate account was 212 at the time,I'd been working with chemicals on aircraft at Airbus Chester which was well known to cause blood cancer my platelets was normal but no one thought of doing a simple blood test for Jak2 any way manchester royal did more tests when I was referred another bone marrow and they performed a splenectomy in June 2014 after the operation my platelets shot up 925 I was put back to wigan under one of the two haematologists again my platelets 795 they said I'll see you in 12 months the platelets are high cause you've no spleen, this was January 15 th 2015 in February 27 I had an angina attack then March 18 th a haematoma in June my GP referred me to bolton Haematolygist who did a Jak2 blood test which was positive! Put on chemotherapy every day for life I've since even on chemotherapy had two DVT s and passed blood in urine all the the blood cancer so I've no confidence in wigans haematologist what so ever
