"Unexpected 15 day stay over Christmas 2016"

THe hospital was excellent in every aspect: doctors, nurses, specialist staff and support staff. The facilities, equipment and specialist services were also faultless. The fact that this is provided free at the point of need is an amazing credit to the UK and the NHS. Talking to other patients it is clear that this is what the people of this country want. I hope the politicians are listening. For those of us who have worked and travelled in other countries we reject the US model and bringing 'for profit organisations' in to run major parts of the service.They an have their uses, but only at the fringe.
