"Poor attitude amongst some staff"

About: Carseview Centre

(as the patient),

Carseview is not somewhere I would choose to stay. During my last lengthy admission I made a complaint about the attitude of one of the nurses. I think this was dismissed because being unwell means you cannot complain. The charge nurse lacks interpersonal skills. Most of the time they do not acknowledge patients and it seems they can't even smile or welcome patients. This really makes staying in the ward rather unpleasant. Hospital admission is scary and while a lot of the staff are welcoming and help patients relax, some of them clearly don't seem to like their job.
