I went for a blood test at my local health centre. I was anxious about this and told the nurse that was doing a test. She was laughing with her colleague who was also in the room.
During the test, two or three people came in and went out of the room, one to wash up a mug in the sink (which I'd have thought was unhygenic, due to it also being used to wash hands).
On the whole, I felt this was very unprofessional, and I did not feel reassured about the process.
