I left some feedback via the website over a week ago and left my email address and phone number and asked that someone phone me to discuss our experience in more detail. Having considered making a formal complaint I felt that providing feedback in the hope that it would result in an improvement in communication with families would be better. I have not been contacted since leaving the feedback which was in relation to a relative's recent admission to the Southern General and lack of communication by medical staff after surgery resulted in serious disability.
