I recently suffered a fracture to my foot, it was incredibly painful and i was referred to A and E at the infirmary. I was told that there was no fracture and i should just go home and rest it, i did this for 3 weeks and i was still in pain so i went back, only to be told that they had missed the fracture but there was nothing they could do as it had already started to heal. I found this ridiculous!
