"Very smooth process"

I was very impressed with the NHS service at this hospital.

From appointment to surgery was just 4 weeks.

The processing on the day was very efficient from admission to operation and discharge it was all done very professionally.

All staff on the day were very courteous and helpful.

Everything from putting on support stockings to bringing a cup of tea and sandwich and then discharge was done very smoothly.

The surgeon and Anaesthetist were most professional and gave me confidence about the process and answered my queries.

There was just one member of the Nursing staff who at the pre-op assessment I found most unhelpful in their tone and manner but ALL other staff from reception to nursing were very good and made the experience all the better for it. Thank You.
