What I liked

The attitude of all docters and medical staff. Polite, efficient informative.

What could be improved

Admin, following appointment.

Anything else?

admin does not appear to be in the same league.

10 days after consultation, the priscription given has still not arrived with my docter, who is also Cannock based .Have telephoned the department twice, have been connected to the department promptly, but no one answered the phone.

Summary - Great medical care, very poor admin

Thank you for your comments, we are pleased to hear you were happy with the attitude of our staff on your recent visit. We apologise for any delays with your prescription. If your GP has still not recieved this please advise them to contact our GP Helpline so we can contact the relevant department to get them to re-send it.
