"The nursing and support staff were always helpful and friendly"

About: Bassetlaw Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as the patient),

Towards the end of my pregnancy, I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes.

The team at Bassetlaw Hospital's Diabetes Centre were simply fantastic! Alison, the specialist midwife, in particular was welcoming and supportive on all the occasions I saw her. The nursing and support staff in the centre were always helpful and friendly and made me feel confident that I could manage my condition and that I was doing the right things to improve outcomes for me and my baby.
