"A Hospital that excels."

I underwent an Ear operation last year, and on entering the Hospital feeling very scared and apprehensive, was met by supportive and friendly staff who made me feel safe. I was told by the Consultant of all the risks etc, but also put at ease by their attitude and kind words. All the staff from Reception, Theatre and on the Ward itself, were amazing. I am due a further operation at St. Michael's, and feel so at ease and happy I will be looked after by the very caring and kind staff.
