What I liked
nothing
What could be improved
communication between staff to staff, between staff to patient and family
Anything else?
my mother in law as brought in following a fall. staff used under arm left to help off bed.illegal lift also mother in law has metal plates in upper arm. staff were going to discharge her without seeing if she could walk or weightbare only after myself explaining i work in Home support , teach moving and assisting did they change there mind and admitte onto a ward. she waited over 25mins on 2 occassion for a bed pan. also she is diabetic (type2) was offer no drink, food blood check or insulin at any time without us asking,. the best day was when she was transfered to a more suitable enivroment outside of the hospital. I pity those poeple who have no one to speak up for them .
