About: Falkirk Community Hospital

(as the patient),

I went for a flexible cystoscopy. I was not looking forward to it - due to a previous flexible cystoscopy examination I had about 2years ago, prior to prostrate surgery.

I am delighted to report that this time the procedure was carried out extremely gently and was painless. The doctor who carried out the procedure happened to be the same doctor who carried out my laser surgery. He is excellent.

All the staff were caring, friendly and professional and I was, as usual, very impressed.
